| To ensure that you, as a Bethrifty.ie 'Member', fully understand when Cashback will be awarded, when you will be paid, what rights you have as a Member and what our responsibilities are to you, we have created these 'Terms and Conditions'. On becoming a member of the Bethrifty.ie website, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions. You therefore consent to be bound by all Terms and Conditions, including any additional future updates. | |

| The 'Program' is defined as the Bethrifty.ie Cashback program that allows registered members of Bethrifty.ie to shop with our 'Affiliate Stores' and earn 'Cashback' as a rewards system. The Program is offered for free and is an automatic benefit of membership to Bethrifty.ie. You are under no obligation to participate or redeem your awarded Cashback. | |
| Cashback | |
| Bethrifty.ie offers Cashback by working with online stores currently using affiliate marketing. As a Bethrifty.ie Member, you will be automatically credited, subject to this Agreement, a specified amount of Cashback of the net purchases or a specified fixed amount for purchases made by you through the Bethrifty.ie website at stores featured by Bethrify.ie ('Affiliate Stores'). In addition, you may receive Cashback for participating in such other activities as may be designated by Bethrifty.ie from time to time by amendment to this Agreement setting forth the specific terms. Cashback that is earned by you as a result of a purchase from Affiliate Stores will be held in an account maintained by Bethrifty.ie. As soon as the amount in your account exceeds €5.00 you, as the member, must request payment through the appropriate mechanism on the Bethrifty.ie website (There is a page in the 'My Account - Payment Option' section that allows the member to select whether to save or pay now.) Bethrifty.ie is not responsible for the products or services offered by the Affiliate Stores. Bethrifty.ie is responsible only for establishing and maintaining your account based upon the information you provide and the purchase information provided by the Affiliate Stores and for permitting you to request your Cashback rewards until such time as the Cashback awards are forfeited as set forth in this Agreement. | |
| Eligibility | |
| In order to participate in this program all members must fulfil the following criteria: | |
| Be 18 years or older. | |
| Have a valid email address. | |
| Be a resident of the Republic of Ireland. | |
| Each member is entitled to only one account at any given time (any additional accounts will be subject to cancellation and the member shall forfeit all Cashback up to that date). | |
| You must not use any programs or be involved in any activity that is deemed detrimental or malicious to the Bethrifty.ie website. | |
| Under no circumstances may you spam others to join Bethrifty.ie, by email or by any other means. | |
| If any of the above criteria are not fulfilled then Bethrifty.ie reserves the right to cancel the account in question and ALL Cashback associated with the account shall be forfeited. | |
| Privacy Policy | |
| We aim to keep the information we hold on each of our members to a minimum i.e. email addresses, names and passwords. Any additional information can be volunteered by yourself. None of the information you provide will be misused or passed onto third parties. BeThrifty will from time to time send emails to its members. These emails will either be general customer service emails or promotional emails only. | |
| Member Responsibilities | |
| As a member you are responsible for the following: | |
| Ensuring all your personal details are accurate, up to date and valid on the My Account section. | |
| Ensuring that all your transactions are reviewed regularly .It is up to you, the member, to report any irregularities. | |
| Reviewing all payments to ensure they have been received. Again it is a members responsibility to highlight any irregularities and/or errors to Bethrifty.ie via the Contact Us section. | |
| How to qualify for Cashback? | |
| To qualify for the Cashback rewards the following criteria must be fulfilled: | |
| You must register with Bethrifty.ie and meet all the eligibility requirements. | |
| You must sign into your Bethrifty Account. | |
| You must visit the site you intend to make your purchase from, through one of the links provided on the Bethrifty.ie site. | |
| You must make your purchase on the store's page which opened from Bethrifty.ie site. | |
| Cookies must be enabled on your internet browser. | |
| Qualifying Purchase | |
| Determination of whether or not a purchase made through a Bethrifty.ie 'Affiliate Store' is a 'Qualifying Purchase' is at the sole discretion of Bethrifty.ie. Bethrifty.ie is not responsible for tracking problems resulting from incorrect usage of the Bethrifty.ie site, disabled cookies, computer issues, software issues, store errors/omissions or from any other failure of tracking mechanisms. | |
| The appropriate Cashback information earned from a Qualifying Purchase from an Affiliate Store will be shown in the Tracked column of your 'My Earnings' page within 30 days from notice thereof to Bethrifty.ie by an Affiliate Store. Once we receive payment for your transaction and the return period defined by the Affiliate Store has expired, the Tracked Cashback balance, adjusted for returns or other such variables, will be moved into the Confirmed Cashback section of your earnings account. Your Cashback , according to the amount indicated in the Confirmed Cashback column of your account, will be eligible for request of payment when you have exceeded €5.00 in your account. | |
| If a discrepancy occurs in a Bethrifty.ie member account such as Cashback not being credited to an account and the Bethrifty.ie member believes he/she made the purchase through Bethrifty.ie, then the member must contact Bethrifty.ie via our Help form within 60 days of the purchase order date of the goods/services. Failure to contact Bethrifty.ie within that 60 day period will result in no customer support rebate inquiries to the stores for the said orders/purchases. | |
| Cashback awarded to you is subject to adjustments for returns and cancellations, receipt of information and payments on such purchases from the merchants and other events. In case of return or cancellation, Bethrifty.ie retains the right to reverse account credit. In addition, Bethrifty.ie reserves the right to make adjustments to Member accounts at any time. If you disagree with any adjustments made to your account your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Program. | |
| In the event that a Participating Store withholds any portion of the Cashback payable to Bethrifty.ie on account of a Qualifying Purchase, Bethrifty.ie reserves the right to withhold the same amount from the Cashback credited to your account based on such purchases. | |
| Voucher Codes | |
| Please be aware that the use of promotional codes, voucher codes or discounts codes that are not provided by Bethrifty.ie can cancel the Cashback reward due to you. | |
| All offers and promotions on this site are subject to change without notice. Bethrifty.ie provides a venue for obtaining the information contained in this site and has no control over the legality of any coupons or other offers made by stores, the ability of any of the stores to complete the sales in accordance with the offers, or the quality of the goods offered by the stores. Bethrifty.ie has no control over whether stores will honour the offers shown on this site and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information contained in this site. | Requesting Cashback | |
| You may request payment for your earned Cashback where the status is 'Confirmed' in your My Earnings page and you have exceeded €5.00 in your account. Cashback payments are paid once a month usually at the end of every month. The payments are made via the means selected in the Members Payment Options. Bethrifty.ie is not responsible for incorrect or out of date PayPal addresses, bank details or any other event beyond Bethrifty.ie control that would prevent the user from receiving their payment. | |
| Exchange Rates | |
| All Cashback from Qualifying Purchases are subject to exchange fluctuations. Bethrifty.ie do not have any control over exchange rates. A Qualifying Purchase made in a denomination other than Euro will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the 'Affiliate Store' at the time of the purchase. | |
| Cashback Amounts | |
| Please be aware that unless otherwise stated Cashback amounts are calculated on the total purchase prices less VAT, tax and delivery charges. Under no circumstances do we guarantee that Cashback is awarded, even if all the eligibility requirements are met for a Qualifying Purchase. | |
| Pricing | |
| On occasions Bethrifty will display the price of products and or services on its website. While we do everything we can to ensure that these are correct - we nor any stores will take responsibility for errors. The correct price will always be that which is shown on the store's page. It is up to you, the Member, to review the price before making your purchase. | |
| Inactive Accounts | |
| From time to time we carry out reviews of member accounts and we may cancel what we believe to be inactive accounts. Before doing so we will contact you via email to warn of such a closure. With no response or reactivity you will forfeit any unclaimed Cashback. | |
| Copyright Infrigement | |
| Under no circumstances may text or images on this site be copied or reproduced without the express prior permission of the owner. We reserve the right to take appropriate action in the event of such infrigement. | |
| Termination and Modification | |
| Bethrifty.ie reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time with notice. In the event the Program is terminated, you will have sixty days from the date notice is sent by Bethrifty.ie to the registered email address in your account to redeem your Cashback. Notification of Program termination will be sent to the email address registered with Bethrifty.ie upon Sign Up. Bethrifty.ie will not be responsible for failing to notify you of Program termination where such failure is caused by an inaccurate email address, your failure to check email, or your failure to inform Bethrifty.ie of a change in your email address. You may cancel your account at any time by emailing Bethrifty.ie via the Contact Us form. Immediately upon cancellation, your account will be closed. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT UPON CLOSING YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE WILL CEASE AND ALL CASHBACK IN YOUR ACCOUNT AT SUCH TIME, HOWEVER AND WHENEVER ACCUMULATED, WILL BE FORFEITED. Bethrifty.ie reserves the right to modify this Agreement from time to time, with or without notice. If there is a modification to the Program, we will endeavour to notify you; however, we will not be responsible if you do not learn of the modification. Continued participation in the Program after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. It is your responsibility to check this page of the Bethrifty.ie website regularly to determine whether this Agreement has been modified. If you do not agree to any modification of this Agreement, you must immediately cease participation in the Program. Membership in the Program is subject to the Program Terms and Conditions. Any failure to comply with the Program Terms and Conditions, any fraud or abuse, or any misrepresentation of any information provided to Bethrifty.ie by you or anyone acting on your behalf may result in the termination of your account and the forfeiture of all Cashback. | |

BETHRIFTY.IE DOES NOT MAKE ANY GUARANTEES REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES OFFERED OR PROVIDED BY AFFILIATE STORES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PROGRAM. | Legal | |
| This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without reference to conflicts of law rules. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. Bethrifty.ie's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating or constituting a partnership, joint venture or agency relationship between Bethrifty.ie and the Affiliate Stores or between you and Bethrifty.ie. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Member and Bethrifty.ie with respect to the Program. | |
